Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scout, including its website, services, or APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Scout or its APIs.
2. Description of Service
Scout provides a programmatic, subscription-based API for TLS/SSL auditing. The service helps customers request and receive information about TLS/SSL certificates through API access.
3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your account credentials secure. Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to the subscription terms presented at checkout. API keys are automatically revoked when a subscription is canceled or a refund is issued. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; a refund is not guaranteed.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Scout for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or engage in unauthorized white-labeling or reselling of the service. You must not interfere with the operation or security of Scout or its APIs.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Scout is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krafusion Technologies, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of Scout. Krafusion Technologies, LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the subscription fees you paid for Scout during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
